📅 Order Processing & Timeline

To help you calculate when your package will arrive, please note our transit schedule:

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.
• Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Times

We ship exclusively within the United States (USA). Total Delivery Time is calculated as: Handling Time + Transit Time.

Please note: While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to extreme weather or peak holiday seasons will be communicated to you proactively.

📍 Key Shipment Details

• Order Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, a confirmation email containing a live tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this number to monitor your package every step of the way.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. ElanWear is not responsible for deliveries delayed or lost due to incorrect address inputs. If you notice an error, please contact our support team within 2 hours of ordering.
• Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a swift replacement or refund.
• Split Shipments: To get your items to you faster, orders with multiple items may occasionally ship from different fulfillment locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra charge.
